SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. 

You can also contact us at hello@aporenaturals.com to get the latest status update of your parcel. We cannot be responsible should there be any delays caused by the courier company or due to any reason beyond our control.

For purchases above SGD60, enjoy free delivery. 

For orders under SGD60, the delivery charge is SGD3.50. 

Need it faster? Opt for our express shipping at just SGD4.50. With express, your order will be at your doorstep within 1 business day, while our standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

International Shipping Methods & Rates (Outside Singapore)

Who is responsible for international customs duties?

International deliveries outside Singapore may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT and customs duties which are to be paid by the Customer. Please check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any requests to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at the checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We love the deodorants we make and think you will too. If you are not satisfied with our products, drop us an email at hello@aporenaturals.com within 14 days of receipt to get a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it. The only exception eligible for the return requirement is for damaged or defective items. Please send an email to hello@aporenaturals.com with a detailed email accompanied by a photograph of the damaged or defective item and a receipt/proof of purchase from our website.

Customers are required to pay the shipping fee when returning any item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return the item(s) to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If a refund is approved, you will be refunded within 7 business days through the same payment method you used to make the transaction. However, please do allow a longer time due to transfers between payment systems.
